In order to begin construction on the new site, please follow the instructions below or click here:

• - Log in to https://www.baldwinrealtors.com
  
• - Click on Members and Login to your Member Portal
• - Click Resources>Data Agreements
  
• - If this is your first time using PAM; you will be required to accept the Terms of Use agreement
  
• - Once logged in to PAM, choose "Create a New Agreement"
  
• - Pick Constellation Web Solutions from the list of vendors
  
• - Click "Next" to agree to the terms and complete the questionnaire form if required. Once complete, PAM will send a notification to the other parties in the agreement.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE DESIGNATED BROKER FOR YOUR OFFICE MUST FIRST LOGIN TO PAM TO ALLOW ACCESS TO AGENTS FROM YOUR OFFICE. THIS ALLOWS PAM TO ASSIGN YOUR BROKER AS A PARTY TO YOUR 4-WAY AGREEMENT. IF YOUR DESIGNATED BROKER HAS NOT LOGGED IN TO PAM, YOU WILL RECEIVE A MESSAGE LETTING YOU KNOW THIS STEP MUST BE COMPLETE BEFORE YOU CAN LOGIN.

IMPORTANT: To avoid having to redo the approval process, please make sure you enter the correct Zurple URL in the request. Please contact us at golive@zurple.com or 800-520-2312 (7AM to 4PM PST, M-F) if you don't have your Zurple URL.
