IDX Instructions

In order to begin construction on the new site, please follow the instructions below or click here:

• - Go to agreements.bridgeinteractive.com/login and log in using your GCMLS Matrix username and password. (If you have any trouble logging in, please email bam@bridgeinteractive.com with your GCMLS ID for assistance)


• - IMPORTANT: Brokers and Agents will see a list of approved GCMLS services & vendors. Click "Agree to Terms" next to Constellation Web Solutions.


• - Complete the agreement wizard by filling out the required forms and clicking on the Next buttons.


• - Done! Your vendor will be automatically notified to complete their portion of the agreement as well. IDX vendors will be billed based on the number of sites each broker operates with them.

IMPORTANT: Agents, your broker must register your office on the platform before you can log in. If you log in and see an error message that says "There was a problem with your sign in! No member record", please ask your broker to follow the steps outlined above. If you run into any issues, please contact bam@bridgeinteractive.com.

You and your broker will receive an IDX agreement to be digitally signed by email. If you do not receive the agreement within 2-3 days, please email support@bridgeinteractive.com.
