IDX Instructions

You and your broker will receive an email asking you to electronically approve an IDX agreement through the Spark API platform with vendor Constellation Web Solutions. You will receive an email from donotreply@sparkplatform.com, please click on the link in the email to approve the request. Your broker will receive an email after you complete your part. Please complete the IDX agreement at your earliest convenience. The instructions for approval are outlined below:

1. The vendor creates a request by entering the agents MLS login.
2. The system pulls the agents email address and sends out an email from donotreply@sparkplatform.com
3. Once the agent will review the email and click the Review Approval Request. The system will prompt the agent to login using the MLS userid and password.
4. Once logged in the agent clicks the approve icon.
5. Then system will pull the office email address from the MLS
6. The office will receive an email from donotreply@sparkplatform.com
7. The office opens the email and clicks on the link at the bottom of the email to Review Approval Request.
8. The office will be prompted for the office MLS userid and password.
9. Once logged in the office click the approve icon.
10. The system then sends the request to the MLS for approval.
