IDX Approval Instructions

You and your broker will receive an email asking you to digitally an IDX agreement through MLS Grid with vendor Constellation Web Solutions. The agreement will be sent through notify@mlsgrid.com, kindly make sure your email service is not filtering this address. Please complete the IDX agreement at your earliest convenience. Kindly note that you will receive this email once your website URL has been purchased and set up.

TREC Consumer Protection Notice

As a licensed Texas real estate agent, you must complete the Information About Brokerage Services as well so we may upload this on your site disclaimer. Please note this is not a requirement for IDX approval or Zurple and it is your responsibility to complete the form and send back to us at golive@zurple.com in a timely manner.

Please fill out the following fields:

• - Licensed Broker/Broker Firm Name
• - Designated Broker of Firm
• - Licensed Supervisor of Sales Agent
• - Sales Agent/Associate's Name
• - All fields asking for License No., Email Address, and Phone No.

If you are the designated broker, there's no need to fill out the Sales Agent portion of the form. Kindly mark all the non-applicable fields "n/a".
