IDX Instructions

In order to begin construction on the new site, please contact Lindsey Martinez at lindsey@spirealtors.com to request an IDX agreement, with Constellation Web Solutions as your vendor. Kindly fill out the agreement and forward it to us at golive@zurple.com once you have completed it.

IMPORTANT: Please leave all fields asking for URLs empty. Zurple will fill out those fields for you. URLs are selected according to a formula and hierarchy that we have found successful when working with Zurple campaigns.

As a licensed Texas real estate agent, you must complete the Information About Brokerage Services as well so we may upload this on your site disclaimer. Please note this is not a requirement for IDX approval or Zurple and it is your responsibility to complete the form and send back to us at golive@zurple.com in a timely manner.

Please fill out the following fields:

• - Licensed Broker/Broker Firm Name
• - Designated Broker of Firm
• - Licensed Supervisor of Sales Agent
• - Sales Agent/Associate's Name
• - All fields asking for License No., Email Address, and Phone No.

If you are the designated broker, there's no need to fill out the Sales Agent portion of the form. Kindly mark all the non-applicable fields "n/a".
